Parker Rayne
Parker C. Rayne was a Bajoran, a Starfleet officer, Director of Temporal Affairs and briefly a member of the Alpha Centauri Institute. He commands the Sovereign-class USS Ennex, NX-92701.

Brief Biography:
Parker's parents were killed by Cardassians when he was 4. After that, he was sent to live with his uncle who worked for the Federation's temporal mechanics department. His uncle defected back to the Maquis and took with him his knowledge of time travel, intending to go to the past and bolster the Maquis fleet. Unfortunately when he arrived in the past, his ship was met with resistance and he was killed, leaving Rayne in the care of the Maquis at age 14, where he worked his way through the ranks until he was a squad leader. He lead fighters at the Second Battle of Chin'toka, where they were destroyed. He then returned to his own time period.
Two years later he was found and captured by Starfleet after a failed raid on a Cardassian outpost. The Federation spared him time in a detention colony in exchange for enlisting in Starfleet.
After several time-related missions, Starfleet recognized his unique abilities in temporal mechanics. When he was promoted to Captain, Rayne was given command of the USS Endeavour; a specialized Discovery-class with a temporal-slipstream warp drive.
Rayne had been promoted to Rear Admiral and aquired command of his personal ship, the USS Ennex. The Ennex is the first prototype ship to be specifically designed for timetime protection, and serves as the temporal flagship.
As of 2410, he had been promoted to Fleet Admiral and taken full command of the Temporal Affairs department of the Federation.
